Dancehall reggae collective formed in the early 1990s in Salento, Apulia, pioneering Italian ragga by chatting in Salentino dialect over Jamaican riddims and drawing on local pizzica and tarantella dance forms; their debut single appeared in June 1991, and by the mid-1990s they were touring France, Germany, Switzerland and Britain.
