UB40 are a British reggae and pop band formed in Birmingham, England, in 1978, taking their name from a UK unemployment benefit form. Founded around brothers Ali and Robin Campbell, the multiracial group became one of the best-selling reggae acts worldwide, known for hits such as "Red Red Wine," "Kingston Town" and "(I Can't Help) Falling in Love with You," and for their "Labour of Love" covers albums.
