Hervin Augustus Bailey Jr, born 1992 in Portmore, who emerged as part of the 2010s reggae revival alongside Runkus and Royal Blu; in 2019 Bunny Wailer brought him onto his final tour, and Blvk H3ro placed three tracks on UB40's 2021 album Bigga Baggariddim before earning a 2023 Grammy nomination for Best Global Music Performance.
