Errol Brown (engineer)

Errol Brown is a Jamaican recording engineer, a nephew of Duke Reid, who trained at Treasure Isle under Byron Smith and Reid and became the studio's senior engineer after Reid's death, dubbing up classic rocksteady masters. He moved to Tuff Gong in 1979, engineering Bob Marley and the Wailers' Survival and Uprising and mixing the 1980 Zimbabwe independence concert.
