Delroy "Junior" Reid, born 1963 in Kingston's Waterhouse district, who at thirteen recorded "Speak the Truth" for Hugh Mundell on Augustus Pablo's Rockers International label, later served as Black Uhuru's lead singer (1986-88) on the albums Brutal and Positive, and defined his solo legacy with 1989's "One Blood.".
