Mikey Bennett is a Jamaican producer, songwriter, composer and singer active since the 1980s, associated with Kingston's Music Works studio and co-founder of the Two Friends production team and label with Patrick Lindsay. He produced and wrote hits for artists including Dennis Brown, Cocoa Tea, Shabba Ranks and Cutty Ranks, and helped develop younger acts such as Brian and Tony Gold and Chevelle Franklin. He has also worked with international artists including Maxi Priest and UB40.
