Noel 'Papa Jaro' Harper is the founder and owner of Killamanjaro, which he established in 1969 (based at 1 Whitehall Avenue, Liguanea) and built into one of Jamaica's most celebrated clash and dubplate sounds. Under his ownership the set launched artists such as Super Cat, Early B and Ninjaman and won World Clash twice.
