Orville Hall, nicknamed 'the Dancehall Professor', is a Jamaican dancer, choreographer and educator, artistic director of Theatre Xpressionz and founder of the dance group Dance Xpressionz. He wrote the first dancehall course taught at a Caribbean tertiary institution, served for several seasons as chief judge of the Dancing Dynamite programme, choreographed for artists including Sean Paul, Beenie Man and Mr Vegas, and received a Reggae Gold Award in 2025 for his dance-education work.
