Romain Virgo (born 24 September 1990, in Stepney, Saint Ann, Jamaica) is a Jamaican reggae singer known for the lovers-rock style. At seventeen he became the youngest winner of the Digicel Rising Stars competition in 2007, which brought a Greensleeves recording deal, and he scored an early hit with "Mi Caan Sleep"/"Can't Sleep," produced by Donovan Germain on the Penthouse label. He released his self-titled debut album on VP Records in 2010, followed by The System (2012) and further VP releases.
