Omar "Tarrus" Riley (born 26 April 1981, in the Bronx, New York) is a Jamaican-American roots-reggae singer and son of veteran singer Jimmy Riley. Guided early on by saxophonist-producer Dean Fraser, who leads his band and produced much of his work, Riley broke through with the 2006 album Parables and its Jamaican number-one single "She's Royal." He remained a leading voice of contemporary reggae with later albums including the rocksteady-flavoured Love Situation (2014).
