Top Cat (Anthony Codrington) is a British MC who came up on the UK reggae sound system circuit in the 1980s, topping the UK reggae chart for six weeks with 'Love Me Sess' (1989) before releasing 'Request the Style' and 'Push Up Unu Lighter' for Fashion Records and becoming a key voice in the early jungle scene through his own Nine Lives Records.
