Turbulence (Sheldon Campbell, born 11 January 1980) is a Jamaican conscious dancehall singjay discovered in 1999 by Philip 'Fatis' Burrell of Xterminator Records, whose 2004 single 'Notorious' reached number one on reggae/dancehall charts in Jamaica, New York, London, Toronto and Japan; he was later featured in the 2007 documentary Rise Up.
