Vincent 'King Edwards the Giant' Edwards was a Jamaican sound-system pioneer and record producer who, with his brother George, ran the King Edwards the Giant sound during the 1950s-60s foundation era, collaborating and clashing with Coxsone Dodd, Duke Reid and Prince Buster. He later became a Member of Parliament for St Mary Western; he died in early 2025.
