Masta Simon

Masta Simon is a co-founder and MC of Mighty Crown, the Yokohama, Japan sound system he started in 1991 with his brother Sami-T. He helped build the crew into a dominant force in international sound clash, notably winning Irish and Chin's World Clash in New York in 1999 as the first Japanese sound to take the title, and led its associated ventures including the Nine Rulaz label and clothing line before the sound retired in 2023.
